Bagels

Add another item to the list of things I never thought I could make myself, and now have. You're looking at a batch of cheddar cheese and parmesan bagels, made from scratch, by yours truly. Booyah!

I'm gonna hold off on that one for a little minute... the recipe needs some tweaking. I know bagels are supposed to be dense, but I nearly killed the motor on my professional grade stand mixer. I'm gonna try it again with dry vs liquid quantities that make a little more sense to me, and if that goes ok, I'd be happy to share :)
